In these sessions I guide you into a deeply relaxed state, using your own imagination, where you are able to access your subconscious and either regress your memory to things you want to resolve and/or to introduce helpful ideas and thought patterns that you want to activate in your life.
We can use a number of techniques to do this and you will be fully aware and in control while in hypnosis.
It is a type of structured guided meditation.
Alternatively, the sessions can be used as a relaxation session where you simply get a respite from the stresses of life.
The hypnotherapy sessions are highly effective for stress release as it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which puts us in a state of deep relaxation.
