Hold your frequency

My initiation right now is to learn to hold my frequency in relation to others.

To not run from others but instead stand strong in myself in the company of others, for my own sake and theirs.

To speak and live my truth with compassion and conviction, even when I know it might not be received well. 

It can be easier to speak truth to people who are not as close. It's a harder task to be real in the face of possible rejection from those close to me, who knew me before my awakening. 

I have understood that there is no other way. If rejection comes, it's in divine order. But when I do hold my truth and speak it with conviction it is far more likely that relationships will deepen and open up whole new dimensions. 

To be able to hold the light frequency for the collective I will first honour and anchor in my own frequency consistently. It's the only way.
